Deliberate Kin is shaking up their tiny part of the world. Alex and Amanda Jo are a husband and wife duo, traveling full-time as musicians with their two young daughters. Although Alex has been playing guitar for 21 years, he can pick around on nearly any instrument you place in his hands. His style is a bold blend of flat-picking run-away melodies while simultaneously holding down a driving bluegrass bass beat. Amanda Jo started singing and performing at the age of 8 and went on to earn her Fine Arts degree in college. Equal parts charisma and power, her voice and stage presence have been described as mesmerizing. With nearly 50 years of entertainment between the two of them, you are guaranteed a great show! They dare to bring light and joy with them wherever they travel and they'll gladly share it with you. Their show starts with smiles, builds you up with laughter and leaves you with hope and high-fives. Songs full of emotions, sweet harmonies and warm acoustic tones wash over you. Every story they tell is laced with humor and rings with truth and you can't help but be encouraged and empowered because of it. Deliberate Kin's music would be enough, but they go above and beyond to engage the audience in an energetic, uplifting show! Fans have sent messages days later, expressing how the show was exactly what they needed to make it through their week. DK believes that music is a healing art. Every person experiences it differently. They invite you to come as you are and take what you need. There is something for everyone here.

Lets kick off Levitt at The Falls and have a little fun in the sun. Find your parking early and join us for music, food and bevs on the patio!

Multi-award winning songwriter J. Jeffrey Messerole is an Americana musician from western Iowa. Messerole's roots have him planted in rural Iowa, on the banks of the Little Sioux river. From there, J. Jeffrey masterfully blends the sounds of his guitar with engaging lyrics, and often a harmonica, to tell gritty American tales that are bound to evoke emotion from all of his listeners.

The motifs of his songs can vary as greatly as the wild flowers in the tall grass, and Messerole does frequently write about the flora, as well as the fauna of the region. Not to mention all of it's wild life. Not one to shy away from subject matter, the songs can frequently meander across the lines between love and loss, success and failure, or life and death.

J. Jeffrey Messerole has garnered awards and distinctions that have landed him in the same company as John Prine, Jason Isbell, and John Hiatt. Fans of the aforementioned artists will find satisfaction in Messerole's songs as well. On the move as often as he can be, Messerole is happy to share his original folk, blues, and alternative country music that's cultivated right here in the heart of the Great Plains.

Margot is a six-piece Americana rock band from Minneapolis. Lyrically their songs harken back to the socially conscious folk music of the 60s and 70s, while their sound is a rock-n-roll infused Americana that’s just as likely to burst into wild three-part harmony as it is to wind down to somber acoustic performances.
